What is kept

• Your name, email and a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself).
• What you write when you describe a problem, and the brief made from it.
• The research, script and audio made for your episodes.
• Where you stopped listening, your ratings and comments.
• The "About you" note, only if you write one. Nothing else about you is remembered between conversations.
• Your narrator settings, and the devices you allowed to get notifications.

Who can see it

Your episodes and conversations are private to your account. Other testers never see them. The person running the beta sees a short list per tester: name, email, how many episodes you made and what they cost, and your ratings with the episode title and your comment. As the operator they can also read the database directly.

Episodes on Inspiration come only from the operator's own episodes, never from yours.

Services that process it

To make an episode, your description is sent to OpenAI, which writes the brief, searches the web and podcast sources, and writes the script. Google (Gemini) reads the script aloud. The app runs on Vercel, which also stores the audio, and the database runs on Neon. Each handles it under its own terms.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, it keeps your email, what you wrote about your first episode, and where you came from (for example a link from a post). It is used only to send you an invite. To be removed, ask the person running the beta.

How long, and how to delete it

Everything is kept until you delete your account. In the app, go to Settings, Account, Delete my account. That removes your account, conversations, episodes, audio, ratings and settings straight away. A record of what the beta spent stays, with no link to you.
